I decided to join the 21st Century and start a blog...but not just any blog...a travel blog! Since I always seem to go places I thought it was much needed to share my adventures with my friends, family, and strangers (apparently I have forgotten all about stranger danger!). What really made the decision easy was this way I can do a photo blog of my upcoming Maymester abroad in France and Scotland. I'm hoping (fingers crossed!) that I will have internet access most of the time there and can update the blog regularly. This will include photos, stories, and things I learned (since I'm going for school, I should learn something...right?) on the trip.
Anyway...that being said...here are some upcoming trips I have planned.......
- Dates unknown---Mooresville, NC to visit family (cough cough and go fishing Uncle Mark!) and since it is only a 4 hour drive, I go about every other month randomly
- May 9-27---MAYMESTER TRIP!!!!!! It is a study abroad through GSU discussing Protestant, Catholic, and Modern (due to Da Vinci Code) Pilgrimage spots in Paris, Lourdes, Iona, and Edinburgh. Very exciting!!!
- Mid June---10 year high school reunion in Laguna Hills, California. Must go-tos: Ruby's, Island's, In-N-Out, Harvey's Seatbelt Bag store, and anywhere else I can think that I miss.
- October sometime---Hagerstown, MD for my wonderful cousin Hannah's wedding
- November (around Thanksgiving)---San Francisco for the annual AAR conference and to visit the Sambrone's (cough cough Caitlin you are going)
I think those are all that I have planned at the moment...I would like to go to AZ at some point in the future...around September-ish (for David's wedding)...but not sure if I can swing it due to school schedule and going to MD the month before.
Anyway...happy reading...
